If there are problems after moving in, is BACCOM responsible?

BACCOM offers a variety of services, and we're responsible for each service's details. If you encounter problems with landlords or agents after moving in and you didn't choose our post-move-in care service, we'll still assist by coordinating with agents, landlords, or relevant parties to provide appropriate help. However, we reserve the right not to be responsible for any damage that occurs at the accommodation because we only provide advice and accommodation-finding services.
