• Viewing & Ensuring Package: This package adds an extra layer of confidence assurance that you'll get the perfect accommodation. BACCOM acts as your representative to inspect the property thoroughly and ensure it meets your expectations, providing peace of mind before booking and paying.

• Dealing & Document Package: This package handles negotiations and document management. BACCOM assists in discussing and verifying lease documents, as well as managing various related paperwork, making everything hassle-free and worry-free.
