About Package
BACCOM will help you track the return of your tenancy deposit even if you go back to your country. You'll receive your full deposit back from the landlord, but before that, you need to ensure all utilities accounts and Council Tax are closed by the landlords, then BACCOM will be responsible for following up on reclaiming the deposit from the landlords. This is suitable for those who can't follow up or wait for the deposit themselves.
Deposit Chasing Package includes:
Tracking and managing the process of retrieving the Tenancy deposit from the landlords.
Checking document details and assisting until the deposit is returned.
Note: BACCOM is responsible only for retrieving the deposit from the landlord. Renters must agree on the deposit amount directly with the landlord, and BACCOM will not be involved in negotiating the deducted/returned amount.
