For those who need extra support during the inventory check on moving out, BACCOM will come to your accommodation to oversee the process. We’ll ensure that the property is returned in good condition and monitor the inventory check to make sure it is conducted fairly and transparently. This helps prevent any potential issues with unfair deductions from your deposit.
Inventory Check Out Package includes:
Reviewing and assisting with inventory check documents from move-in.
Scheduling inventory check out with the property owner.
Supervising the inventory check out process on the move-out day.
On the day of the inventory check, if you are present and have any questions or concerns, we can provide advice and assistance.
Note: Acceptance of the case depends on whether the property owner allows our presence. Generally, permission will be granted once obtained from the tenant.
