About Package

BACCOM will collect the keys to your accommodation for you if you're unable to pick them up in time on the move-in day or if you are not able to travel to the property.

Key Retrieving Package includes:

  1. Collecting keys from the property owner and hold them for you.

  2. Arranging the delivery of keys at a mutually agreed time and location.


Note: Acceptance of the case depends on the property owner's rules regarding whether someone other than the tenant can collect the keys on their behalf. Generally, permission will be granted once obtained from the tenant.
