If you need to move out before your lease ends, BACCOM offers a hassle-free solution by finding a new tenant to take over your existing contract. We’ll promote your property, act as your representative, and handle all communications, including providing accommodation details and scheduling viewings for interested individuals. We also assist in reviewing documents and contracts to ensure a smooth transition to the next tenant.
Replacement Package Services Include:
We promote your property on various platforms to find a new tenant who will take over your existing lease.
We provide information to interested parties and schedule viewings for those who want to see the property. (Please note: the current tenant must have someone present during the viewing. If you require BACCOM’s team to accompany the interested party, an additional fee of £100 per viewing will apply.)
Once a new tenant is found, we assist with reviewing all documents and contracts to ensure a smooth handover to the next tenant.
Note: Payment is divided into two installments. An initial deposit of £200 is required to start the tenant search, and the remaining balance will be due once a new tenant has been secured.
