For anyone who wants to find a house by themselves, think twice, because it’s very hard. At that moment, I have to focus on my studies. So, in the end, I let the BACCOM team handle everything, and let me tell you, it's been incredibly convenient. And if there's any problem, they can negotiate with the agent and landlord right away. Their attention to detail and quick response time have really saved the day for me. I can't recommend them enough.

Requirements and Criteria
Chanakarn Saetae or Phueng chose to use our services for the second time because in the first round, Phueng and her sister asked us to find a short-term rental near Oxford Street, Chinatown, and Central London, and we found a place right on Oxford Street, which was perfect! Initially, she wanted a short-term rental because she wanted to see if she liked the area. After staying on Oxford Street for a while, she realised she didn't quite fit in with the city centre vibe and wanted a place further out and bigger.
Since she had been in the UK for a while, she and her sister were getting more familiar with London. She decided to try finding a place herself through general websites but found one she really liked. However, because of her heavy course load, she didn't have time to contact the agent herself. So, she decided to use our services again and opted for both the Viewing and Ensuring package and the Dealing and Documenting package.
Our team contacted the agent of the desired property, scheduled a viewing, and took her to see the place along with our team. The room was great, right across from Westfield sMall! After viewing the property, she wanted our team to negotiate with the agent and ensure smooth contract documentation before transferring a substantial amount of money to the UK agent. Since her sister was under 18, there needed to be explanations regarding using her name in contracts, which might differ from those over 18. In the end, everything went smoothly through each step.

Dealing & Documenting
A service that handles communication and paperwork between renters and landlords or agents. Renters can provide details of the accommodation and contact information of the landlord or the agent to our team, allowing us to inquire about accommodation details and assist with document processing and lease agreements smoothly.
We ensure to verify the credibility of agents and landlords before initiating any coordination in each case.
