Requirements and Criteria
Beam wanted to make sure that the accommodation matched what the agent advertised and was unsure about the surrounding area's safety. Therefore, she chose to use our service to speak with the agent and help verify various details to increase confidence before starting the contract. Our team assisted her by contacting the UK agent, scheduling a viewing, and conducting a real-time video call from the accommodation to the university. We also provided her with a detailed report of our accommodation inspection to help them make an informed decision. As a result, she felt confident and decided to choose the accommodation.
