Requirements and Criteria
The challenge that Ghanphong Phothisutkul or Ek faced was finding accommodation within a tight budget since he's studying on a scholarship and wants to save money. So, we suggested a flatshare type of accommodation, which typically has a lower rent. We also recommended finding an en-suite room with a private bathroom, so he wouldn't have to share it with others in the house. In the end, we found him the best room in the house, close to the university, and with plenty of nearby food options (eating good food is important!). It exceeded his expectations because it was not only close to the university and food places but also because he got the best room in the house. We're really happy that he liked the accommodation we found for him! 😄
