Viewing + Dealing
Once, I tried to deal with renting a house on my own. I found there were too many things to do, and dealing with different time zones was also a problem. However, when I got help from the BACCOM team, I felt much more relieved. So, I didn't have to worry about preparing documents or negotiating house deals anymore. They helped with everything, from arranging airport transfers to various locations, to guiding me through essential aspects of life in London. Requirements and Criteria
Yo and her older sister used our services for the second time. The first time, they used the Full Accommodation Package to find a place near Oxford Street. Initially, they wanted to stay in a short-term rental near Oxford Street, close to Chinatown, in Central London. They found a place right on Oxford Street, fulfilling their requirements perfectly!
After staying there for a while, they realised they preferred a place farther from the city centre and wanted a larger accommodation. Since Yo was getting more familiar with London, she decided to find a new place herself. However, due to her busy schedule with studies, she didn't have time to deal with agents. So, they decided to use our services again, opting for both Viewing and Ensuring package, as well as Dealing and Documenting package.
Our team contacted the agent for the desired accommodation, scheduled a viewing, and assisted in selecting the room. The room was fantastic, located opposite the Westfield Mall! Additionally, we negotiated with the agents and ensured smooth handling of the contract documents before making a significant upfront payment to the UK agent.
Importantly, Yo was under 18 years old, which required special handling of certain details. However, they didn't need to worry about it as our team managed everything smoothly, ensuring a hassle-free process for them at every step.
Information about the package
Viewing & Ensuring - a service where our team physically visits the accommodations and its surrounding areas to provide a detailed report to assist our clients in making informed decisions and to provide assurance during the accommodation selection process. Our UK-based team looks after those who may be residing in Thailand or other countries, helping to inspect and verify the property on their behalf.
Dealing and Documenting - a service that handles communication and paperwork between renters and landlords or agents. Renters can provide details of the accommodation and contact information of the landlord or the agent to our team, allowing us to inquire about accommodation details and assist with document processing and lease agreements smoothly.
We ensure to verify the credibility of agents and landlords before initiating any coordination in each case.
