At first, Kontharos Manathanya or Lek was worried that her budget might be too tight to find private accommodation, so she asked our team to recommend a shared flat. However, after talking and understanding her needs better, we advised her that she didn't necessarily have to share if she didn't want to. We then found her accommodation that we thought was excellent and suited her needs perfectly within her budget. She was very pleased with the accommodation she got because it was a great private place close to Canada Water Tube Station, just a minute's walk away from Tesco Express and many restaurants. What impressed her the most was the incredibly kind landlord, whom she described as being like a "second mom", always caring and checking in on her. She kept emphasising how happy she was with the accommodation every time we talked. Actually, she almost missed out on getting this place because someone else was interested in renting it too, but thankfully, we managed to negotiate and secure it for her. When we heard how happy she was, we were even more delighted and satisfied! 😊
