When I found out my daughter was going to study for her master's in the UK, I got really worried about where she'd stay. So, I decided to look for a place off-campus because I wanted to be close by to help her out.
Luckily, I found BACCOM, and let me tell you, their team was amazing. They were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us out. Their fees were reasonable, and they worked really hard, doing surveys and negotiating with estate agents.
In the end, we found the perfect house that ticked all our boxes. I'm super impressed! And the best part is, if I ever have any questions, I know I can count on them for advice, just like talking to a friend. Requirements and Criteria
The main requirement for Mommy Maew is to live with her daughter, so she wanted a spacious accommodation that's close to public transportation and near a supermarket. We helped them from consultation to viewing the actual place. During the video call, we even toured around the accommodation and walked to the bus stop where her daughter would catch the bus to university, which is located in a very small rural area with few bus routes. We managed the bus schedules to ensure both of their peace of mind.
Another thing she liked was that the accommodation we found is just a 5-minute walk from a large Sainsbury's supermarket! The reason she decided to find accommodation in the main city, away from her daughter’s university, is because she wanted more convenience for both of them.
Additionally, the agents assisted with other documents and found a suitable guarantor (someone who can certify and is based in the UK). Even though she paid upfront for the whole year, we negotiated everything smoothly.
On moving day, we had someone to take care of both of them and help them buy groceries as she requested. It was full-on care and support all the way! 😊
