I chose BACCOM because they offer a house viewing service. It's suitable for someone who is going to study abroad and wants to rent a house by themselves, not stay in student dormitories. If you don't see the house and its surroundings beforehand, you might not feel confident enough to decide on a house. BACCOM's team helps by contacting the agents and arranging house viewings. They even provide video calls and photos of the houses. They also help with many contracts. It's very convenient. The house I ended up with is awesome—it's exactly what I wanted, safe, and easy to get around from.

Requirements and Criteria
