Requirements and Criteria
Oak's main requirement was to find accommodation close to the Tube and within a 15-minute walk to school, which we successfully arranged. The accommodation he got is right across from a Tube station, just a 1-minute walk away, which he really liked.
Crucially, he intended to rent for only 5 months, which is considered short-term and usually more expensive compared to long-term contracts, costing around 20% more. However, because he opted for our full-service package, we negotiated the rental price down significantly, almost as if it were a long-term rent. Besides accommodation, we also helped him with advice on living here, like taxes, transportation cards, and other important things.
